One trade, done right — smooth surfaces. From one room to the whole house, before you move in, before you list, or mid-renovation.
Popcorn gone. No dust in the rest of your house. I seal the room with dust barriers, remove the texture, then skim and sand with HEPA extraction. You get flat, paint-ready ceilings — one room or the whole house.
Orange peel, knockdown, skip trowel — gone. I skim your walls flat and smooth, with the same sealed rooms and HEPA sanding as the ceiling work.
A full skim coat over every wall — not a patch job. I skim the entire surface, as many coats as the wall needs, and finish at Level 5. Cracks, holes, and old damage disappear under the skim.
Clean lines. Colors that look like the swatch. Floors and furniture protected, surfaces prepped right, even coverage from the first coat to the last.
New-looking cabinets. Nothing torn out. Doors come off and get sprayed separately for a smooth finish. The boxes stay in place, fully masked, and get painted right where they sit.
The trim that makes a room look finished. Baseboards and crown molding installed, caulked, and painted to match. Often paired with a repaint or done after drywall and ceiling work.
